BlackBerry phones remain your thing? You would be delighted to know that a new model has just been announced for Verizon Wireless. The BlackBerry Curve 9370 is a budget-friendly RIM device, which was recently introduced at CES 2012. It still has the design form expected from any BlackBerry smartphone: the full QWERTY keyboard, the 2.44-inch display, the candybar mold, and a 5-megapixel camera with flash at the back (highly unlikely to shoot videos, though). It also has Bluetooth, WiFi, a microSD card slot for up to 32GB of expanded memory, and a pre-installed 2GB microSB card

MOTOROLA DROID 4 REVIEW
has finally confirmed a release date for its Motorola Droid 4. The sporting a sliding QWERTY keyboard and packed with LTE high-speed Internet connectivity, the Droid 4 is due to hit Verizon’s retail points on February 10 with a $199 price tag.
This smartphone features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 4-inch qHD display, and Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. Not as mind-blowing as other Droid phones, but its unique specs like government-grade encryption, some enterprise-oriented apps, and support for Motorola’s Lapdock 500 would make it worth the purchase.
Lexus GS350 Review
Lexus engineers might forgive you for thinking the current generation GS is bland. In fact, at the media launch for the next-gen touring sedan, Yoshihiko Kanamori, Chief Engineer for the 2013 Lexus GS, said the current car is "not fun to drive." We're not sure if that was an apology, but it was an honest realization which begat an important study culled from the Japanese phrase "Genchi Butsu," which, when translated, means "Go and see."
And so five years ago, Kanamori-san and his team did just that. They drove the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, the BMW 5 Series, and the Audi A6. From this experience, Kanamori-san determined that the next GS needed to possess an emotionally-intriguing driving experience, a new design direction, both inside and outside, an advanced hybrid technology in lieu of V-8 power, and the smartest packaging in the segment. The result is a completely redesigned grand touring sedan with what Kanamori-san says has "no compromises."
Kia Optima Hybrid Review
Fuel economy matters, and recessions, inflation, and environmental concerns have forced us to stretch our expectations for all vehicles, including midsize sedans. Enter the 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid. While not the first hybrid midsize sedan, the Optima Hybrid represents a logical first step for the Kia to get into the gas-electric market.
The Optima Hybrid is the third iteration of the Optima to join its lineup since the current model's debut last year. The Optima is already a fuel economy leader with the base 2.4-liter four-cylinder and 2.0-liter turbocharged models at the top of their class. Similar to the 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid and 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid, the Kia Optima Hybrid hopes to give a greener hue to Kia's midsizer. It's loaded with high-tech features designed to suck energy from each drop of gasoline. But its styling looks sleeker and better thought out than much of its bland or overwrought competition.
2012 Honda Civic EX Sedan
2012 Honda Civic EX Sedan |
It used to be that when our friends, relatives, mothers-in-law, accident-prone coworkers, or ex-girlfriends asked us to recommend a car, the Honda Civic was always the good ol' standby. "I just need something reliable and fuel-efficient," they'd begin, and before they even mentioned the trunk space they need for their potential Antiques Roadshow offerings we'd blurt out, "Honda Civic." It was instinctive. After all, that's the reason why the Civic has been a best-seller in America virtually since it was introduced in 1973. Its combination of practicality, value, reliability, and efficiency was near-unbeatable, especially against lackluster competitors. Throw in a dollop of fun-to-drive on top and the response became almost Pavlovian in nature.
But today the competition has caught up, and after spending a week with the all-new 2012 Honda Civic EX sedan -- the volume model that you'll soon be seeing everywhere -- it's clear that the Civic is now the one lagging. While it still boasts a roomy interior and peppy, fuel-efficient engine, the Civic's luster fades against newer and unexpected class leaders, such as the Hyundai Elantra, the Chevy Cruze, and a fresh new Ford Focus.
Apple iPad 2 review
The Apple iPad 2 is about to hit European shelves, fresh form a diet and exercise regime that’s helped it shed weight and build muscle. Faster, thinner and lighter is an accurate account of what’s been going on in the year that divides the two editions of Apple’s tablet.
Apple iPhone 4S review
The last thing you need is one that looks exactly like your ex. On a second thought, it's too early perhaps to end it. You two did look great together, your iPhone 4 and you. In fact you still do.
iPhone 4S owners, this is between you and your phone's inner voice - Siri. iPhone 4 owners, this is between you and your inner voice. Yes, we know your inner voice is telling you to go for the NEXT iPhone. And no, we're not telling you not to listen to it. Just hang on. Maybe this review will help.
